Before any procedure, the exchange or return of any product must be reported to our customer service department using the means available on our contact page.
IMPORTANT TIPS:
The customer must pay attention to the product description and technical specifications;
The product label/TAG must not be removed or damaged.
It is important to keep the Invoice received at the time of delivery of the purchased items and the transactional emails of the purchase as a guarantee;
The original packaging of the purchased product, as well as manuals, items and accessories that accompany it must be kept in good condition. In the event of an exchange or return, these items will be evaluated;
The person receiving the purchase must always check the items in the order and the invoice at the time of delivery and never accept a product with a broken seal; If there is any problem (broken seal, damage, missing item or discrepancy between the invoice and contents), we advise the customer to refuse delivery and not sign the receipt. Instead, the reason for the refusal must be stated on the back of the invoice and proof of delivery and our customer service department must be contacted immediately.
Someone must be present at the delivery location to receive the goods. If the buyer is not available, he/she must inform the person responsible for the procedure. The delivery may be made to third parties, such as doormen or relatives. After the positive check, the signature in full of the person responsible for receiving the goods and their ID number will be required on the receipt stub.
We are fully responsible for the quality of the products throughout the entire journey, while they are being transported to their destination. Once the delivery has been registered, the responsibility for the integrity of the product immediately passes to the person who received it. The same applies to gifts delivered to third-party addresses.
RETURN DUE TO CANCELLATION
To make a return in case of regret or withdrawal, we offer a period of 07 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product at the delivery location.
The returned product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and presented together with the original coupon or 1st copy of the invoice. It is also NECESSARY that the TAG has not been removed or tampered with. We reserve the right to refuse the return and return the product to the customer if any of the items do not meet the standards stated. In this case, the return shipping will be paid by the customer.
If the product is in perfect condition, the amount will be fully refunded after the product has been received and analyzed at our Distribution Center.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We offer our customers up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to exchange defective products, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, upon presentation of the original coupon or the first copy of the invoice, and the product being in its original packaging and showing no signs of use.
The returned product will undergo an analysis and, if a manufacturing defect is found, a new product, identical or similar to the one purchased, will be sent to the customer. It is also NECESSARY that the TAG has not been removed or tampered with.
We reserve the right to refuse the return and return the product to the customer if any of the items do not meet the standards stated. In this case, the return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR COLOR OF THE SAME PRODUCT
To exchange the same product for another color or size, contact our customer service within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. The deadline for sending the new product is up to 7 business days after receipt and analysis of the item in our logistics department, upon receipt of the original coupon or the 1st copy of the invoice, provided that the product and packaging are in perfect condition. It is also NECESSARY that the TAG has not been removed or tampered with.
In the case of the first exchange, shipping costs will be at our expense. If the customer chooses to make other exchanges of the same order, shipping costs will be charged.
NOTE: WE DO NOT EXCHANGE PRODUCTS FOR DEFECTS CAUSED BY MISUSE OF THE PRODUCTS.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
The deadline for requesting an exchange is 10 (ten) calendar days, from the date the product is received at the delivery location.
The deadline for requesting a return/cancellation is 07 (seven) calendar days, from the date the product is received at the delivery location.
Any and all requests for exchange or return/cancellation of purchases made online must be made through our Customer Service. Contact us and request this procedure, informing the order number and/or CPF number of the buyer; products involved.
In the case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available at the time of the request, we will cancel the order and refund the payment.
If any discrepancy, signs of misuse, bad faith, absence of sales invoice(s), accessories, manuals or any other item that accompanies the original packaging are identified, we are exempt from the responsibility of fulfilling the customer's request, returning the collected product to your delivery address without refunding the amount paid, and the entire return process will be canceled.
