Instructions for Measuring a Woman's Body

1. Bust:

- Place the tape measure around the fullest part of the bust, just below the armpits.

- Keep the tape parallel to the floor, without tightening it too much.

- Write down the measurement in centimeters.

2. Waist:

- Locate the narrowest part of the waist, usually above the belly button.

- Wrap the tape measure around the waist, without tightening it.

- Write down the measurement in centimeters.

3. Hip:

- Place the tape measure at the widest part of the hips, usually at the height of the buttocks.

- Keep the tape parallel to the floor, without tightening it too much.

- Write down the measurement in centimeters.

4. Thigh Length (for pants and shorts):

- Measure the inside of the leg, from the crotch to the ankle.

- Record the measurement in centimeters.

5. Skirt/Dress Length: 

- Measure from the waistline to the desired height of the skirt or dress.

- Record the measurement in centimeters.

6. Sleeve Length (for blazers and blouses):

- Measure from the shoulder to the wrist.

- Record the measurement in centimeters.

7. Shoulder Width (for blazers and blouses):

- Measure the distance between the tips of the shoulders.

- Record the measurement in centimeters.

Important Tips

Use a flexible tape measure.

Stand up straight when measuring.

Measure over underwear or light clothing.

Record the measurement in centimeters and inches, if possible.

Compare the measurements to the store's size chart.

If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for a more comfortable fit.
